C omfort food is what gives this restaurant is located at the bottom of the Colón Market, which opened its doors in September. The gastronomy is full of Mediterranean flavors easily recognizable by anyone. They are dishes using local produce and vegetables which have a high profile, thanks to our collaboration with a group of local farmers. For a couple of years it is weaving a network of local producers that nourish our pantry, in order to have a series of 'vegetables a la carte'. This collaboration enables is collected in a timely manner so that each variety has its exact point of ripeness, flavor and texture.
