This geographical context is the pantry of its most precious ingredients, exquisite raw material of a sublime cuisine. Top quality products extracted from the sea and land with cultural identity, common elements of a kitchen with its own characteristics in each area. From their kitchens come delicious dishes based on traditional recipes, but also avant-garde culinary creations. The result is a unique cuisine, an extraordinary variety and recognized worldwide. Kitchen North is for us a way of understanding gastronomy. A philosophy, a lifestyle and an art that is part of the heritage of the land.
