M ariano Velázquez (Buenos Aires, Argentina) and Ivana Ibañez Alemany (Picassent, Valencia) have found their place in the Cánovas Square, picturesque area of Valencia, to inaugurate Cruz Pampa, a classic Argentine Grill inspired by racks of the center of Buenos Aires, with an informal deal, expanding our restaurant the little Argentina, with a reduced to ensure quality and freshness to dishes. Everything is based on our "little", barbecue charcoal originating in Extremadura which gives us a few able to give that special touch to the best meats, embers. Mariano has been since 2004 in the sector of Argentine steakhouses, since it began in Aberdeen Angus Parrilla in Buenos Aires, coming to Spain for the opening of a local in Galicia, then in Madrid, returning to Valencia, the land where he was family.
