W ith the appearance of a gastrobar and... the soul of a full-fledged restaurant! The business, run by a couple (Túe García, who left the radio for the kitchen, and Carolina Jurado, a family doctor before taking charge of the dining room), may confuse us with its name, a veiled homage by the chef-owner to his mother and the 12 grandchildren she had at the time of the opening (he learned everything from her and his grandmother, both professional cooks). Here, the proposal, with a modern taste and traditional foundations, comes to life through a small menu and two complete tasting menus.
