Request Management of Existing Establishment

  1. Log in to ConMenu and make sure you already hold the owner role.
  2. Click your avatar/icon in the upper-right corner.
  3. From the drop-down, select Administration.
  4. Choose Claim ownership.
  5. In the search box, enter the venue name.
  6. Pick the correct venue from the results.
    • If it is not listed, the venue is not yet on ConMenu; you will need to create it before managing it.
  7. Click Claim venue.
  8. ConMenu will send an activation code to your email.
  9. Copy or note the code, return to ConMenu, and paste it into the field provided.
  10. Click Verify to validate the code.
  11. Done! You now own and manage the venue. Access its settings via the Venue menu.
