Menu Configuration
Create and assign menu configuration templates
Configuration templates are presets that define dish categories, availability, prices and conditions for a menu. They speed up publishing for both daily menus and group menus. You can also set default assignments so each weekday shows the type of menu available even when the detailed menu is not yet published.
1. Open the manager
- Log in with an account that has the Owner role.
- Admin → Establishments ▸ Manage.
- Side menu: Menu management ▸ Menu configuration.
2. Add a configuration template
- Click Add configuration.
- Enter a descriptive name and an optional internal description.
- Select the menu class (Daily, Tasting, Tourist, Executive, Kids, Group, Tapas…).
- Choose availability: Lunch · Dinner · Both · All day.
- Add prices per service, notes and up to 2 half-menus (name, price, notes).
- Select up to 6 dish categories (they must exist beforehand).
- Configure Take-away (service, price, notes) when applicable.
- Press Save configuration.
3. Edit or delete
- Edit ▸ pencil icon → Save or Cancel.
- Delete ▸ bin icon → confirm to remove.
4. Default assignments
- Click Default assignment.
- For each weekday choose No assignment or the template to display.
- Click Save configuration; use Cancel to exit.
- You can modify the mapping whenever you need.
Done! You now have reusable templates and automatic weekday assignments, letting customers know what kind of menu to expect even before you publish the detailed dishes.
