Publishing a Daily Menu for a specific date

This step-by-step guide shows how to create and publish a Daily Menu in ConMenú using any of the four available methods: Template configuration, Frequent menu, Manual configuration (with or without categories) and Image/Photo.

1. Access the Admin panel
   Log in with an account that has the Owner role, open the Admin area and go to Establishments. Click Manage next to the desired venue.
2. Open the Menu Manager
   In the side menu choose Menus > Daily Menus. You’ll see a calendar with existing menus and the Create Daily Menu button.
3. Select the date
   In step 1 of the wizard pick the target date.
4. Choose the creation method
   • Template configuration: pick a template, click Continue, then select the dishes in each category. Optionally mark the menu as “special” (allergies, diets, etc.) and/or save it as “frequent”. Click Save menu.
   • Frequent menu: choose a previously saved frequent menu and confirm with Continue. The menu is published instantly.
   • Manual configuration
     1. Set the classification (Daily menus) and the applicable typologies (e.g. Daily, Tourist).
     2. Enter the menu name shown to customers.
     3. Define availability (Lunch, Dinner, Both, or All day) and fill in the corresponding prices.
     4. Choose between No categories (simple list) or Dishes by category (up to six categories with name + list of dishes, one per line).
     5. Add remarks, Take-away options and Half-menus if needed.
     6. Decide whether to save the menu as frequent and click Save menu.
   • Image or photo:
     1. Open the camera or upload an existing picture.
     2. Click Process image; ConMenú extracts categories, dishes, prices and notes using AI.
     3. Review, adjust if needed, then click Save menu.
5. After publishing
   • View / print: click a menu on the calendar. Use the pop-up window to generate a PDF.
   • Delete: in that same window click Delete and confirm.
6. Tip
   Keep your templates up to date and create frequent menus to speed up daily publishing.
