Add and Edit Establishments
- Open the “Establishments” window.
- You’ll see every venue you already manage; on the right, use Edit, View, or Manage.
- Add a new venue
- Click Add establishment (top-right).
- A form appears with 4 tabs:
- Types & Features – Cuisine style, business type, etc.
- Basic info – Name, short description, specialties…
- Status & accounts – Extra data (enabled after creation).
- Images & photos – Logo, gallery, cover image.
- Fill out each tab thoroughly
- The more complete the info, the easier customers will find you.
- Trade name, legal name, tax ID (hidden from users).
- Capacity, official category, group brand (if any).
- Description (2–3 paragraphs) and specialties.
- Optional English version; if left blank, ConMenu auto-translates with AI.
- Upload media files
- Logo: JPG/PNG/WEMP, square ≥ 400 × 400 px, no transparency.
- Venue photos: JPG/PNG/WEBP, multiple images.
- Cover image: horizontal, high quality. Drag-and-drop or select.
- Save
- Click Save.
- The system will translate text, optimize images, and validate data.
- Edit later
- Your new venue now appears in the list.
- Click Edit to change data or photos; hit Save to confirm or Close to cancel.
- Advanced management
- Click Manage to set contact info, hours, socials, geolocation, menus, tapas, menus with QR codes, and more.
- In the Status tab you can enable or disable the venue’s public visibility at any time.
- Return to the list anytime via the Establishments menu.
