Special Events Menus
How to Create & Manage Special-Event Menus in ConMenu
Special-event menus are perfect for seasonal dates (Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Easter Week, food festivals, etc.). Follow these steps to publish and keep them updated:
- Log in with an owner account, open the Admin Panel, go to Establishments and click Manage on the desired venue.
- Navigate to Menu Management › Menus and expand the Special-Event Menus section (collapse others if needed).
- Click Create Special-Event Menu and complete the wizard:
- Classification: Special-event menu.
- Type: food festival, special period, special day or “other events”.
- Event: choose an existing one or hit New Event to set its name, description and date (or date range).
- Menu duration: single day or several days (enter start/end dates).
- Provide the menu name and service sessions (lunch, dinner or both) with their prices.
- Decide whether to use dish categories or a simple line-by-line dish list.
- Add notes/observations and select any special tags if relevant.
- Press Save Menu. Your new menu will appear on the calendar for this category.
- Click the menu on the calendar to view, print PDF or delete it.
- Done! Your special-event offering is now visible to ConMenu users. Contact us if you need help.
