Categories of Menu Dishes


ConMenu menus are fixed-price gastronomic offers. We distinguish:

  • Daily menu – configured for a specific date.
  • Regular menu – assigned to one or several weekdays.
  • Group menu – for events and large bookings.

1. Open the manager

  1. Log in with an account that has the Owner role.
  2. In Admin choose Establishments ▸ Manage.
  3. Go to Menu management ▸ Dish categories.

2. Add a category

  1. Click Add category.
  2. Enter the name (e.g. “Starters”, “Desserts”).
  3. Leave Name (EN) empty to auto-translate via AI.
  4. Press Save.

3. Edit or delete

  • Edit ▸ pencil icon – change the name, then Save or Close.
  • Delete ▸ bin icon – confirm to remove the category.

4. Why is it useful?

These categories become building blocks inside the configurator for Daily menus and Group menus, letting you quickly pick and order dishes.
